HOA Newsletter Generator ("hoanewsletter.app") is operated by Decal Venue, Inc., doing business as Apps That Help.
We collect your email address and password (encrypted) when you create an account. We also store newsletter content you create within the app. If you upgrade to Pro, payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full credit card number.
Your information is used solely to provide the newsletter building service, authenticate your account, and process payments. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Cloudflare D1 infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is HTTP-only and secure. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@hoanewsletter.app.
