HOA Newsletter Generator is a web-based tool for creating community newsletters. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Free accounts include basic newsletter creation with a watermark on exported PDFs. Pro accounts ($12.99 one-time) remove watermarks and unlock unlimited template saves. Pro upgrades are non-refundable as they provide immediate access to digital features.
You retain ownership of all content you create with our tool. We do not claim any rights to your newsletters, text, or uploaded logos. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, or to distribute spam or malicious content.
Decal Venue, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
